At Bux Kajun Korner, we do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and with a little Cajun charm! Because we’re a small, family-owned business, each order is handled with care — from packaging to delivery.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • During busy seasons, special promotions, or local events, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We’re a small team, and we appreciate your patience as we personally prepare and package each order.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier but typically take 3–7 business days after processing.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Once a package leaves our store, delivery times and updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

🕵️♀️ Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues, weather, or natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Peak holiday shipping periods

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at kajunkornermarket@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you see something you love, feel free to call us at (337) 602-1254 to check availability and see if we can place a temporary hold for you. Please note that holds are not guaranteed, as many of our products are limited in quantity or one-of-a-kind.

When you call, we’ll happily let you know if the item is currently in stock, in case you’d like to come by and purchase it in person. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
